Representative Doug Wozniak has served his community for many years as a township trustee, State Senator.  and currently represents District 59 as the State Representative.   He also is very involved throughout Macomb County as a volunteer, sponsor, advocate, and organizer. Doug often donates much of his time and resources to many non-profit and community organizations  and causes.  

EDUCATION

Representative Doug Wozniak completed his bachelors degree from the University of Michigan. After running several successful businesses, he decided to enroll in law school and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.  

PROFESSIONAL

Senator Doug Wozniak has owned or managed several small businesses in his lifetime. He is a licensed realtor and broker, licensed life and health insurance agent and is the founder of the Law Offices of Douglas C. Wozniak where his practice specializes in assisting seniors with elder law issues and Medicaid planning.  

SERVING HIS COMMUNITY 

Senator Doug Wozniak has always been about serving his neighbors. He has been a very active and longtime member of the Knights of Columbus, the Shelby Lions Club, the Optimist Club, several Chambers of Commerce and the National Rifle Association.  

PERSONAL 

Doug and his wife Pamela have been married for 38 years. Their daughter, Lauren, is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and is a practicing pediatrician. They attend St. Kieran's, where Doug serves as an usher.
