PROTECTING SENIORS

State Rep. Doug Wozniak built a law practice around protecting seniors' rights, defending their property and helping them to plan for their golden years through estate and Medicaid planning. He continues this fight as your State Representative serving as Minority Vice Chair on the House Families, Children, and Seniors Committee. Representative Wozniak was outraged by the flawed policy by the Whitmer Administration to send Covid-infected patients into our nursing homes during the pandemic jeopardizing their health and causing the death of our most vulnerable citizens. As a member of the Oversight Committee and the Judiciary Committee, he demands answers and accountability so that the victims of this travesty will know justice.

That's why he voted to cut your state income taxes, cut retirement taxes for seniors, create a brand new state child tax credit and passed tax reductions for job providers to get our Michigan economy moving again since we are facing the slowest recovery of any state in the nation after one of the strictest lockdowns in the nation during the pandemic.
